Once an order has been paid for and delivered, due to safety and hygiene and the fact we cannot restock or resell the item we do not accept returns.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Sorry no personal local deliveries, but pick up is available.
SHIPPING (Not available at this time.... In progress)
When your order has been made it is immediately packaged safely in an undamaged box with protective padding so the item/s cannot move around or be squished. It is also stored in a cool protected area until the shipment goes out with Canada Post. When we ship with Canada Post we ask them to put the box in a separate shipping container/box with a fragile sticker, and so any damages to your products will be at the fault of the shipping company.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (Not available at this time.... In progress)
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
EXCHANGE RATES
As we are a Canadian company we take payments in Canadian Dollars. We are not responsible for the exchange rate at which a bank charges its customer, or for any additional charges it makes. In addition, we will refund you in Canadian Dollars and we are not responsible for the exchange rate at which a bank charges its customer, or for any additional charges it makes.
PAYMENT
We only accept cash and e transfer at this time. We do not process any order until the order is paid in full
DAMAGED ITEMS (Shipping not available at this time.... In progress)
If your item/s are damaged when you receive them please contact us within 14 days of delivery with
- your shipping number
- your purchase order number we gave you when you placed your order
- The quantity of items damaged, along with photos/video showing your damaged product
Although we do not refund money we will be happy to replace any damaged item/s free of charge (minus the new shipping fee). If you prefer to pick up your replaced items personally from us we will waive the shipping fee.
LIABILITY
After you have picked up your item, or after we have shipped your product (shipping not available at this time) we are not responsible for any lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or stolen mail.
All of our cosmetic products are registered stating all the contents and the ingredients and the amounts of each ingredient used within the products. We have listed all the ingredients on all of our packaging as well as online before you purchase. It is up to you to read the label and contents before use of any product.
